A rollout your staff can follow.
- Map one real workflow. Identify who starts it, what information is needed, who approves it, and where work waits. Review representative records with the people doing the job.
- Prepare a small working pilot. Configure or build the selected process, agree data fields, and test normal work, missing information, partial receipts, and restricted roles.
- Rehearse data and handover. Clean and map the selected records, compare opening balances or quantities, and train staff on the actual screens and exception process.
- Launch with ownership. Agree the cutover, support contacts, recovery actions, and first review. Include source or configuration notes and a clear handover for the work in scope.
Agree what a useful result looks like.
For equipment, that might mean every active item has a confirmed location and responsible person. For stock, a receipt and a dispatch should explain the quantity remaining. For purchasing, staff should see whether an approved request is ordered, received, or waiting on a supplier.
Use your current process as a baseline. Track exceptions, manual corrections, waiting time, and whether staff can complete the agreed task. The measures come from your business; a software installation alone does not establish an improvement.

Do we have to replace every system at once?
No. Start with a bounded process and check what existing software can already support. A phased rollout or integration may meet the need without replacing everything.
Is this service only for Odoo?
No. We discuss the process and current systems first, then assess ERP configuration, integrations, or a custom application. Odoo is one option; platform access, licensing, hosting, and requirements affect the final scope.
Can you help with both assets and warehouse stock?
