WHAT WE HELP WITH

A focused fix.
Or a stronger foundation.

Start with the part that needs attention. We review your existing stack and agree on the work, deliverables, and acceptance checks.

Cloud setup & migration

Prepare a new environment or move applications and databases with a tested cutover plan.

  • Hosting, DNS & TLS configuration
  • Access and environment setup
  • Backup, restore & migration checks

DevOps & deployments

Make releases repeatable, with separate environments and a clear recovery procedure.

  • Docker & CI/CD pipelines
  • Configuration and secret handling
  • Logs, alerts & release runbooks

Data engineering & BI

Connect sources, improve data quality, and build reporting around your business questions.

  • SQL queries & data pipelines
  • Dashboards & refresh schedules
  • Search-ready knowledge for AI

Technical support & care

Investigate bugs, slow queries, failed jobs, and upgrade issues in existing systems.

  • Reproduction & diagnosis
  • Scoped fixes & regression checks
  • Maintenance & operating handover

CLOUD MIGRATION CHECKLIST

Plan the move.
Verify the whole system.

A running server is only one checkpoint. Your workflows, data, integrations, and recovery process need to work in the new environment too.

  1. Map what runs today

Inventory runtime versions, databases, file storage, scheduled jobs, and external services before choosing the target setup.

    • Record traffic, data volume & dependencies
    • Confirm access and resource ownership
    • Agree on downtime and recovery needs
  2. Test the move and recovery

Trial the migration in a separate environment. Check version compatibility and restore the backup before planning production cutover.

    • Compare records, files & key totals
    • Test critical workflows and integrations
    • Document cutover and rollback conditions
  3. Make operations clear

Verify the live change against agreed checks, then leave the operating team with the information needed to maintain it.

    • Check jobs, logs & alert routing
    • Confirm backup and restore procedures
    • Document releases, owners & cost review

Recovery needs more than an old release. A database change may be incompatible with earlier code. The plan must also account for records created after cutover and any application files stored outside the database.

DATA ENGINEERING & ANALYTICS

From scattered sources
to useful information.

Connect ERP records, databases, APIs, and spreadsheets with clear rules for ownership, quality, and freshness.

A useful report starts with a clear question.

For an “overdue invoices” view, agree on due dates, partial payments, currencies, and credit notes. Show the refresh time so readers know how current the result is.

Explore AI knowledge assistants
  1. Connect & map

Define which source owns each field, choose stable record identifiers, and map formats, dates, and units. Set a refresh schedule and a way to retry failed imports without duplicating records.

  2. Check & reconcile

Review missing fields, duplicates, invalid values, and broken relationships. Compare representative records and business totals with the source, and assign an owner for exceptions.

  3. Report & retrieve

Build dashboards with agreed metric definitions and access rules. For AI search, preserve document references and permissions, test real questions, and plan updates and deletions.

Your team’s handover

Source-to-field mappings, metric definitions, refresh instructions, quality checks, and known limitations, agreed for the project.

AI INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS

Choose where your
application and model run.

Hosting the application and hosting the model are separate decisions. Choose the combination that fits your data, workload, and operating team.

PROVIDER-HOSTED MODEL

Managed model APIs

Your application sends selected inputs to a provider’s model service. Model serving is managed by the provider; your application still needs operating controls.

Plan for
API keys, rate limits, timeouts, usage budgets, and fallback behavior.
Review
Supported features, service regions, data handling, retention settings, and provider terms.

MODEL IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Self-hosted models

Serve a suitable model on infrastructure you operate. Assess the model license and compute requirements against the quality and response time the task needs.

Plan for
CPU/GPU capacity, memory, concurrency, serving, monitoring, and updates.
Review
Model evaluations, external requests, support ownership, and total operating cost.

Map the complete data path.

A privately hosted application can still send data to external model, embedding, search, or telemetry services. Hybrid setups are possible. Document each boundary, access rules, evaluation checks, backup needs, and operating responsibilities before launch.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before we start.

Clear expectations about existing systems, migration, costs, and ongoing support.

Can you improve our existing setup without moving cloud providers?

Yes. We can review the current hosting, deployment process, databases, and operating issues before proposing changes. A focused configuration change, query improvement, or staged modernization may be more appropriate than a full migration.

Can you help with a failed deployment, bug, or slow database?

Yes. Share the expected and actual behavior, affected versions, recent changes, and relevant logs with sensitive details removed. We investigate and agree on the scope, then verify the fix against the original issue and relevant regression checks.

Can a migration be completed without downtime?

The interruption depends on the application, database, data volume, and migration method. We agree on an acceptable cutover window and recovery plan after reviewing the system. Zero downtime is not assumed, and a tested restore is part of migration planning.

How do you estimate cloud and AI operating costs?

We review compute, storage, backups, data transfer, logs, and any model or search services the design needs. Estimates depend on the chosen services, regions, traffic, and usage. Infrastructure and provider charges are identified separately from the development or support scope.

What does ongoing technical support include?

It can cover maintenance, issue investigation, deployment help, and agreed improvements. We define the systems covered, support hours, priorities, response expectations, escalation route, and access responsibilities in the engagement. Round-the-clock coverage is not assumed.

LET’S MAKE IT WORK

What needs building,
moving, or fixing?

A short brief helps us recommend a practical next step. Start with the outcome you need and the systems involved.

  • Your goal: a new deployment, migration, report, or technical issue.
  • Your setup: hosting, tools, versions, and data sources.
  • Your constraints: deadlines, access, downtime, and support needs.

Keep passwords, API keys, and personal data out of your initial message.
